Asbicon’s “GAIN and WIN” makes it simple to Win in Sales & with Shoppers

In our quest to enable the success and ambitions of Consumer Goods professionals and organisations, Asbicon teams put a lot of thought and effort to create a simple and structured methodology – GAIN and WIN.

GAIN and WIN is based on four key pillars:

  1. G – Get New Customers
  2. A – Augment Customer Spend
  3. I – Increase Frequency of Purchase
  4. N – Nurture & Grow Profits

This allows organisations and individuals to build capabilities and provide business solutions as the market needs and complexities evolve. It also allows an organisation to enable its Sales & Shopper Marketing teams with required levels of capabilities based on seniority and roles that they are responsible for. For e.g. Entry level & Junior Sales people can benefit by being proficient in all the capsules of G pillar, while the Senior Sales & Shopper Marketing professionals can drive further value from the capsules of A & I pillars. The N pillar further provides support to the Senior Management.

Asbicon has a lot of further content structured on the GAIN and WIN methodology which can be mapped to individual business needs. To see the GAIN and WIN methodology in detail and to find out how Asbicon can help drive further value through your Sales & Shopper Marketing functions, please visit www.asbicon.com or write to us on info@asbicon.com. We would love to take you through the methodology in detail and explore how it can help you.

Regards

Passion in Sales- What are the boundaries?

For the past many years, there is a daily ritual I have. Watching a movie or a series episode everyday. I devote 1 to 2 hours almost daily towards this and feels quite therapeutic, relaxing and interestingly enough provides me with some good insights. After all, the cinematographic worlds many times are a reflection of our real worlds. There are certain clips which inspire, motivate or even force you to think about applications in real life. I will be sharing some of those in days to come but this particular one from a movie I recently watched was hilarious and thought provoking at the same time. How much passion in Sales is Good? Are there or should there be any boundaries? What do you think?

Win-with-customers

Asbicon conceptualises and executes “Win with Customer” Distributor Conference for the Middle Eastern and African partners of a Consumer Goods major

Asbicon was tasked with developing and delivering a Distributor Conference based on identifying synergies between the distributor markets and the business teams of the client and to help facilitate multi functional relationship development within teams across geographies.

Asbicon supported the client’s objective through conceptualising the overall theme of the conference linking it with celebrating success, adopting innovation and winning with customers in respective markets. This was brought to life in Durban, South Africa by Asbicon teams through engagement content delivered using packs, supporting collaterals (audio/visuals), toolkits etc. thereby supporting the client successfully execute the conference with its distributors partners.

Verbatim from the client “You helped us exceed not only our distributors’ expectations but our own as well.”

We look forward to supporting the client in more successful events across other geographies as well.
